Knowing what your competitors are up to . . .
We predominantly do this in two ways, firstly Research Surveys - which are a successful way to give you the relevant, right and accurate information. This in turn allows you to make better decisions to bring your product and/or service in line with what your customers REALLY want.
Secondly, Mystery Shopping - is done to establish how you are doing and where you are compared to other competitors in your market place. Sometimes it is also done to make sure that everyone in the organisation is delivering the standard that board level have set.
Whatever the reason, it’s always good to know where you stand in relation to others because your customers will!!
